We give you a single cask of perfect London Rye, with no added touches, no blending, no dilution, just 4. 5 years inside a 2nd fill Chardonnay barrel. It's the same mash bill as always of 55% Norfolk Rye and 45% Marris Otter barley, brewed in November of 2018 where only saison yeasts were being used against
