The Irish Times Clock on D'Olier Street was a very familiar face in Dublin, the clock dates from about 1900 and weighs one and half tonnes. The clock had to be manually adjusted for summer winter time. The clock is recently relocated to the new Times offices just around the corner to the junction of Tara Street and Townsend Street.
