Fairview Caldera 2021 1000ml revealed the idea behind hisCaldera is a blend of three Mediterranean grape varieties from exceptional vineyards. The Grenache Noir is from our Paarl Mountain site (Stok by Paaltjie single vineyard). The Shiraz grapes are sourced from two cool mountain sites high up on Paarl Mountain and the Mourvdre is from the lower slopes of Paarl Mountain on the Fairview Farm.
